Details and Design hired us to foster a deeper connection with their online audience through authentic storytelling, as well as to increase brand awareness and showroom foot traffic. We developed a strategy focused on enriching their digital footprint and showcasing their full range of services, including their new showroom in Annapolis, MD. Central to this strategy are VIP Content Days, during which we capture projects in progress, highlight owner Amanda and her team, and showcase showroom happenings. This approach not only highlights their capabilities and expertise but also strengthens the connection between audiences and the Details and Design team through genuine storytelling.
